OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

Ikonet Technologies is privately owned by the members mentioned above and it will have a board of directors who will be responsible for carrying out strategic planning as regards the business. It will also have a secretariat which will ensure effective management and project implementation, they will thus be considered to be employees of the business.

The Director of the company and management team will be that each department of the company be headed by a Manager. The departments here will be;

1.    Administration.

This will constitute of the following sub section.

·         Management

·         Finance

·         Procurement

·         Marketing

2.    Production

This will constitute of;

·         Technical officers

·         Training office

·         Graphical and design

Besides these there will be a Board of Director and a Managing Director who will be the top personnel. This will include among others the partners.
